Informational Emails

Starting about two weeks before the event, you will receive a series of emails with valuable information about the event, such as transportation details and what to pack. They will be spaced out several days apart to allow people to digest the information. If you miss an email or need more information, copies of the emails will be posted below the day after the email is sent.

Note: The camp's only responsibility is to take a message and transfer it to the Mosaic person in charge for the day. DO NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE on the camp's phone number, as this would only delay the process.

Person in Charge Per Day:

Each day we will have a primary point of contact for any issues.

Please refer any problems you may have during the daytime to the person in charge that day. They can be reached by cell phone, camp radio, and/or Mosaic radio. To communicate with them, we will have a Mosaic Radio posted in the Dining Hall and the Mosaic Office.
