Wait List for Upgraded Accommodations
If you are not finding the type of housing you wish on the registration form, it may mean it is sold out. There
is a good chance we can still accommodate you. If you'd like to be put on the waiting list, please complete
your registration with your second housing choice, then e-mail your request to registration@mosaicoutdoor.org.
We will contact you when/if the upgraded housing becomes available. The cancelation policy applies to ALL
registrations. You will have a wonderful time joining us for the event, no matter where you stay for the night.
Standard vs. Premium Upgrades
Below are descriptions of upgrades. We have broken the options below into two categories:
Standard:
- A: In a large cabin or part of a cabin separated by solid walls with multiple bunk beds. No matter how many
beds are in the room, only one or two people will be assigned to it, depending on the upgrade option you
select below. Restrooms are in the same building; most are in the same room.
- B: Rooms featuring twin, full, double, queen, or king beds that share a bathroom/shower area with people
within the same building.
Premium:
- Premium upgrades provide smaller rooms featuring twin, full, queen, double, or king beds. Additional beds
may also be available in the room. All Premium Upgrades have private bathrooms/showers.
Basic Cabins

4 to 8 Adults
Standard housing consists of bunk beds and single beds in each room/cabin with four to nine people per cabin.
Everyone gets a complete bunk/bed, so no one will need to sleep on a top mattress. Many attendees find sleeping
on the bottom bunk and storing their luggage on the top convenient. Camp Nah-Jee-Wah's modern cabins have
full-service bathrooms, showers, wooden bed frames, and storage.
NO CHARGE (included in your registration)
Singles
Singles may be in staff housing or full-sized cabins to which only one person is assigned. These rooms may have
twin or bunk beds. No matter how many beds are in the room, only one person will be assigned to the room.
Restrooms are in the same building; most are in the same room, but some may be shared.
$120 additional charge per room for Standard
$160 additional charge per room for Premium
Couples

The couple's rooms are paid PER ROOM. Only one person out of the couple should select a
"Couple-paying partner." Your partner should choose "Non-Paying Partner" during registration
for their room selection. Please coordinate with your partner on who is paying for the room. Any mistakes in
this decision will incur a 10% change fee on the room up-charge. This fee is an expense that Mosaic incurs for
the change. Both partners must register within seven (7) days of each other, or we will release the
couple's room to the next couple and change your selection to a standard room, and a 10% change fee will be
applied.
Couples' room upgrades are the same as the singles, but for two people, with a way for both partners to
sleep together. This can consist of full, queen, or king-sized beds, two bunk beds or twin beds together, or
space for a large airbed (not supplied). Restrooms are in the same building but may be shared.
$120 additional charge per room for Standard
$160 additional charge per room for Premium
Doubles

Either bring a friend, or we will assign you a roommate. Doubles room upgrades are the same as singles with at
least two beds of some type. They can be twin or larger beds, bunk beds, or a mixture of beds. We count bunk
beds as one bed; we do not expect you to use the top bunk. The restrooms are in the same building but may be
shared.
$60 additional charge per person for Standard
$80 additional charge per person for Premium
Tents
You are welcome to bring your own tent. Mosaic will designate a tenting area close to restroom
facilities.
No charge or discount
Wheelchair and ADA Access
We are sorry, but there won't be any wheelchair-accessible
accommodations this year, primarily due to bathroom accessibility for a wheelchair. If you require other forms
of accessible accommodations, please get in touch with us before registering so we can ensure appropriate
accommodations are available.
